It is with a very heavy heart that we are sharing the tragic news of the sudden passing of our friend and colleague, Dr. Ainsley Moore, on June 25, 2021.
Dr. Moore has been an integral part of our clinic for many years and will be missed immensely. Her many contributions as a family doctor, as a teacher, as an advocate for the care of the elderly and women’s health, and as a scholar reach far beyond our clinic walls, and her loss will be deeply felt across our community and far beyond.
We realize that this information will come as a significant shock to many, particularly to those members of our patient community who have been receiving medical care from Dr. Moore. We are working diligently to ensure that all aspects of your medical care are continued in a seamless fashion by the team.
